DPHC has negotiated reduced room rates for exhibitors a few local hotels.  The rates are guaranteed year round by the hotels.

• Crown Plaza will give members a year round rate of $75 per night for a double or king room.  This is a pet friendly hotel. 
• Fairfield Inn, on the corner of Martin Luther and I-4, will give us a rate of $79 per night.
• Hilton Gardens also has a rate of $79 per night and they are located at: 10309 Highland Manor Drive, Tampa, FL, 33610 
• Baymont Inn and Suite Tampa Conference Center  $79 per night King Suite, 10007 Princess Palm Ave, Tampa Fl. 33619
  
  

We collected over $3,000 from Crown, Hilton and Fairfield for 2011.  That money goes directly toward reducing your show fees so please frequent these hotels.  Each of these hotels allows pets.  Be sure and check with them individually about their pet fees.
