·       OWNER MUST BE A PAID MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING BEGINNING WITH THE JANUARY SHOW OF THAT YEAR.

·       TO BE ELIGIBLE, THE HORSE MUST BE SHOWN UNDER 50%, PLUS 1, OF ALL JUDGES.  This specified number applies to each category. (open, youth, Amateur and novice)

·        Dphc points will be awarded 7,6,5,4,3,2,1
